Une vidéo et des photos largement relayées sur les réseaux sociaux aujourd’hui, dimanche 07 avril 2019, montrent des protestataires qui ont bloqué l’entrée du service des documents biométriques, de la commune de Chechar à la wilaya de Khenchela, en construisant un mur de briques.
