ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Les «forces du changement» appellent à une rencontre nationale
Les participants à la 9e rencontre de concertation des «forces du changement en faveur du choix du peuple», regroupant des partis de l’opposition, des syndicats et des personnalités nationales, ont appelé à l’organisation d’une «rencontre nationale» afin de trouver une solution à la crise politique que traverse le pays.
Le communiqué, rendu public jeudi et sanctionnant la rencontre, appelle en préambule à la nécessité de «former une commission qui se chargera d’organiser une rencontre nationale des forces du changement». Une rencontre, précisent les participants, «ouverte à tous les acteurs de la société» en excluant «des parties ayant été à l’origine de la crise actuelle» sans toutefois les nommer. Le but étant «de rechercher une solution qui puisse répondre aux revendications pacifiques du peuple» tout en étant ouverts à toute initiative pouvant contribuer à satisfaire les revendications populaires à travers un dialogue en tant que principe à même de trouver une issue à cette situation. Par ailleurs, les participants à cette rencontre ont réitéré leur soutien au hirak et à la sauvegarde de la cohésion de l’élan populaire pacifique, saluant, en parallèle, l’appel au dialogue lancé par le chef de l’état-major de l’ANP. Gaïd Salah avait reproché, de Blida, à l’opposition de rejeter toutes les initiatives et de boycotter les démarches «y compris l’initiative de dialogue». Quant à l’action judiciaire, le même document indique qu’il a été souligné l’impérative préservation de l’indépendance de la justice dans le traitement de tous les dossiers ainsi que le respect des règles de la justice, de l’impartialité et de l’équité. Les participants ont également appelé à prendre des mesures «urgentes» pour récupérer l’argent public détourné et protéger la richesse populaire, mettant l’accent sur la nécessité d’informer l’opinion publique sur les poursuites judiciaires lancées dans les dossiers de corruption. Si pour le moment le sujet de l’information n’est pas à l’ordre du jour, le vice-ministre de la Défense avait évoqué la question de l’argent public détourné en promettant au peuple «que son argent pillé sera récupéré par la force de la loi et avec la rigueur requise». A cette occasion, il a aussi tenu à rassurer les services judiciaires sur les garanties offertes par le commandement de l’armée pour poursuivre «avec détermination et en toute liberté, sans aucune contrainte ni pression» son travail concernant les affaires de corruption et de dilapidation des deniers publics».
Rappelons que le pôle des «forces du changement en faveur du choix du peuple» regroupe plusieurs partis politiques de l’opposition tels que le Front pour la Justice et le développement (FJD), Talaie El-Houriyet, le mouvement El-Bina, Al-Fajr al-Jadid, parti de la Liberté et de la justice (PLJ), le Syndicat national des praticiens de santé publique (SNPSP) et nombre de juristes et d’acteurs politiques dont des anciens cadres de l’ex-FIS.
