ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : Zoubida Assoul : « Il faut un dialogue pouvoir-opposition pour sortir de l’impasse actuelle »
La présidente du parti de l’Union pour le changement et le progrès (UCP), Zoubida Assoul, a proposé lundi à Alger d’aller vers “une période de transition démocratique permettant l’assainissement de la situation actuelle que vit l’Algérie.
“Nous avons proposé qu’il y ait une période de transition permettant l’assainissement de la situation actuelle et déverrouiller le système en place, en révisant la loi électorale et d’autres dispositions de la Constitution”, a indiqué Mme Assoul au Forum d’El Moudjahid.
Elle a suggéré, à ce titre, l’élaboration d’une “nouvelle Constitution qui permettrait d’instaurer un équilibre des pouvoirs, d’avoir une justice indépendante et de garantir la protection des libertés et les droits des citoyens et de leurs biens”.
Pour la même responsable, “aller vers un dialogue sérieux constitue une étape nécessaire pour trouver les solutions exceptionnelles à la situation exceptionnelle que nous vivons”, invitant le pouvoir à “montrer quelques signes de bonne volonté pour aller vers ce dialogue qui permettra aux Algériens d’élaborer une feuille de route de cette transition et définir à la fois ses objectifs, ses mécanismes et ses délais”.
Abordant à l’occasion l’élection présidentielle du 4 juillet prochain, la présidente du l’UCP a affirmé que le peuple “refuse lui-même le processus électoral avec les mêmes causes qui vont produire les mêmes effets”, estimant qu’on “ne peut pas faire du nouveau avec les même personnes et qui ont été la cause de l’échec politique et économique et de la régression sociale”.
“Il faudrait impérativement introduire de nouvelles pratiques politiques saines basées sur le débat contradictoire au sein de la société pour permettre l’émergence de nouvelles idées et gagner le projet d’une société algérienne moderne par les urnes et sans discrimination aucune d’une quelconque partie”, a-t-elle soutenu.
