ALGÉRIE/ SOCIÉTÉ : Les préparatifs du Ramadhan vont bon train: Ruée sur la vaisselle, les épices, les fruits secs et la semoule.
Depuis quelques jours déjà, les rues des villes d’Algérie ne désemplissent pas, créant une chaude ambiance. On ne parle que des achats, de ses plats, de ses veillées. Chaque famille se prépare à recevoir Ramadhan et toutes s’accordent à l’accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une véritable ruée sur les produits dans les magasins et ceux étalés à même le sol par les vendeurs à la sauvette qui offriraient des prix meilleurs, selon certains. Tout est raflé.
A une semaine du mois de Ramadhan, les magasins spécialisés dans la vente des épices sont pris d’assaut par les Algériens pour faire l’emplette. La vente des épices a nettement augmenté ces derniers jours.
En plus des épices, la tournée pour faire les emplettes du Ramadhan ne peut pas être complète sans un passage vers les magasins spécialisés dans la vente de fruits secs, comme les pruneaux, le raisin sec et autres, dont les prix ont connu une légère hausse. A titre d’exemple, le prix des pruneaux varie entre 700 et 1.000 dinars le kilo selon la qualité, le raisin sec entre 800 et 1.400 dinars, les abricots séchés entre 800 et 1.100 dinars le kilo.
Ramadhan c’est aussi l’occasion de changer de vaisselle et de peindre la maison et faire une nouvelle décoration… Les marmites des soupes sont à l’honneur, les soupières, les tasses, les bols, etc. Ces derniers jours, les magasins de vente de vaisselles connaissent une affluence particulière. Aussi, à quelques jours de ce mois sacré, de nombreuses mères de familles, secondées par cousines, nièces et sœurs, unissent leurs efforts pour nettoyer à grande eau la maison ou l’appartement, dont les tentures, rideaux et couvre-banquettes sont nettoyés ou carrément changés. Le remue-ménage dans la maison, perpétué par la tradition, pour accueillir « l’invité d’honneur ».
Pour ce qui est des légumes et des viandes, les prix sont en légère augmentation en attendant les prochains jours. En effet, en prévision du mois de Ramadhan, plusieurs sites devant abriter des marchés de proximité répartis sur les communes du pays seront ouverts. Ces marchés de proximité « spécial Ramadhan » seront réservés, en priorité, à la vente des produits locaux, notamment agricoles, à des prix préférentiels. Ces structures permettront aux producteurs de vendre directement aux consommateurs, ce qui permettra de proposer des produits alimentaires et agricoles de grande consommation à prix réduits.
