ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : Le ministre du Travail applique encore le programme de Boutaflika
Tidjani Hassan Haddam, nouveau ministre du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Sécurité sociale, continue d’appliquer le programme « du président Abdelaziz Bouteflika ». C’est du moins ce qui est écrit dans « le mot du ministre » sur le site du ministère sur internet.
« Le gouvernement dont je fais partie, selon ce qui est prévu dans son plan d’action, veille à concrétiser le programme de son excellence le président Abdelaziz Bouteflika qui vise à consolider l’État de droit et la bonne gouvernance, à combattre la bureaucratie, en plus de la concrétisation du plan national de simplification des procédures administratives », est-il écrit dans ce texte.
Le gouvernement « de compétences nationales » de Noureddine Bedoui a été désigné par Abdelaziz Bouteflika dimanche 31 mars. Bouteflika a démissionné le 2 avril et le ministre du Travail n’a pas réactualisé son «mot ».
Le texte a été supprimé, ce mardi 30 avril, au soir, après que la presse ait évoqué ce qui paraissait être comme « une bourde ». Mais le mal est fait. Le gouvernement Bedoui, fortement contesté par la rue, est sensé gérer « les affaires courantes », pas appliquer un programme d’un président qui n’est plus en poste !
