ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Le sénateur Malik Boudjouher condamné à 7 ans de prison ferme pour corruption
Le sénateur de Tipaza Malik Boudjouher a été condamné ce dimanche à une peine de 7 ans de prison ferme, avec interdiction d’exercer de hautes fonctions ou de se porter candidat à des postes politiques pendant une durée de 5 ans, assortie d’une amende d’un million de dinars, rapporte l’agence officielle.
Il était poursuivi pour corruption. Selon le prononcé du jugement rendu par la juge Radia Benghezal, Boudjouher a été condamné pour les chefs d’inculpation d’« obtention de privilèges indus » et d’« abus de pouvoir », d’après la même source. Malik Boudjouher a été exclu du RND après l’éclatement de cette affaire.
Dans le même contexte, le tribunal de Tipaza a acquitté deux prévenus, poursuivis pour « privilèges indus » et ordonné la restitution de leurs véhicules saisis le 14 août dernier par la police judiciaire, lors de leur arrestation avec le principal accusé.
