ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Makri : « La poursuite du Hirak, l’unique voie pour concrétiser toutes les revendications du peuple »
Le président du Mouvement de la société pour la paix (MSP), Abderrezak Makri a déclaré, lundi à Alger, que la poursuite du Hirak pacifique constituait « l’unique voie pour concrétiser toutes les revendications des Algériens ».
Invité du forum du quotidien El Moudjahid, M. Makri a affirmé que « la poursuite du hirak qui puise sa force de son caractère populaire et l’exigence de la solution pacifique constituent l’unique voie pour concrétiser le reste des revendications, et à leur tète le départ des symboles de l’actuel système », appelant l’institution militaire à « assumer toutes ses responsabilités pour accompagner l’étape actuelle ».
L’institution militaire qui doit prendre conscience que « l’élection présidentielle ne peut se tenir le 4 juillet prochain », doit trouver une solution pour la mise en œuvre d’une feuille de route qui concrétise la volonté du peuple », a-t-il estimé.
« De par son poids et son positionnement, l’institution militaire doit aider à trouver une solution à la crise », a-t-il dit, précisant que « tous les pays négocient avec leurs armées en temps de crises ».
Le président du MSP considère que la sortie de crise « passe par la démission du président du Conseil Constitutionnel actuel pour que le chef de l’Etat désigne une personnalité de consensus cautionnée par le Hirak, à condition qu’il démissionne, à son tour, et qu’il soit remplacé par une autre personnalité civile qui veillera, dans un délai n’excédant pas 9 mois, à former un gouvernement de consensus, avant la tenue d’élections supervisées par une commission indépendante ».
Dans ce sens, M. Makri a souligné que le MSP « approuve toutes les personnalités cautionnées par le Hirak pour la gestion de la période de transition ».
Commentant le placement en détention provisoire de Saïd Bouteflika, Mohamed Mediène et Athmane Tartag, le président du MSP a indiqué que cela était « normal et naturel, vu les graves accusations qui leur sont reprochées », ajoutant que l’institution militaire n’ayant pas indiqué que la Secrétaire générale du PT était concernée par ces accusations, sa détention en raison de ses opinions et de ses positions est inacceptable. Cependant, si son implication dans une affaire d’infraction à la loi est établie, l’instance qui a procédé à son arrestation doit informer l’opinion publique des accusations qui lui sont reprochées ».
