ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : La Cour suprême entame les poursuites contre d’ex-membres du gouvernement
La Cour suprême donne plus d’informations sur les accusations auxquelles 10 ex-membres du gouvernement et 2 walis font face.
Le Parquet général de la Cour Suprême annonce avoir reçu aujourd’hui, de la part du procureur général de la Cour d’Alger, les dossiers relatifs aux poursuites contre d’anciens membres du gouvernement.
La Cour Suprême annonce qu’elle entamera les procédures de poursuites judiciaires contre ces personnalités, conformément aux dispositions du code de procédures pénales.
Selon le même communiqué, les 12 responsables en question sont poursuivis pour des « faits punissables par la loi, relatifs à la signature de marchés et de contrats contraires aux lois en vigueur ».
Ce communiqué de la Cour Suprême fait suite à celui du Parquet général de la Cour d’Alger qui annonce le transfert à la Cour Suprême des dossiers des ex-Premiers ministres Ahmed Ouyahia et Abdelmalek Sellal, des ex-ministres Abdelghani Zaâlane, Amar Tou, Boudjemaâ Talaie, Karim Djoudi, Amara Benyounès, Abdelkader Bouazghi, Amar Ghoul, Abdeslam Bouchouareb, de l’ex-wali d’Alger Abdelkader Zoukh et du wali d’El-Bayadh Djamel Mohamed Khanfar.
