ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE: Présidentielle : De vétérinaire à importateur de médicaments, le candidat Hamadi ?
A la surprise générale, le Conseil constitutionnel annonçait ce dimanche 26 mai avoir enregistré le dépôt de deux dossiers de candidature pour l’élection présidentielle du 4 juillet. Il s’agit des candidats Hamid Touahri et Abdelhakim Hamadi. Si l’on connait très peu de choses sur le premier, le profil du second est plutôt intéressant.
Né à Constantine en 1965, de parents originaires de Jijel, Abdelhakim Hamadi est Docteur en médecine vétérinaire. Après un court parcours dans le secteur public, en exerçant comme vétérinaire dans la wilaya de Sidi Bel Abbes, il décida de se lancer dans les affaires, en important et distribuant des médicaments à usage vétérinaire.
Devant le coût élevé des importations de médicaments, M. Hamadi décida d’en fabriquer lui-même. Aujourd’hui, il est à la tête d’un laboratoire qui produit des médicaments à usage vétérinaire et qui emploie une cinquantaine de personnes.
Ce n’est pas la première fois qu’Abdelhakim Hamadi tente de se lancer dans la course à la magistrature suprême, puisqu’il avait déjà déposé un dossier de candidature à la présidentielle de 2014. Il a été également le deuxième candidat à formaliser sa candidature pour l’élection présidentielle annulée du 18 avril dernier.
