ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : FRANCE: Rassemblement à Paris: Les manifestants algériens toujours mobilisés contre le pouvoir.
Le 14ème rassemblement des Algériens à Paris, dimanche, a rassemblé encore une fois beaucoup de monde et continuant à refuser l’élection présidentielle du 4 juillet prochain, dont le dépôt des candidatures a été clôturé samedi à minuit, rapporte l’APS.
Organisés en plusieurs forums où la parole est donnée aux participants, les manifestants algériens, issus de la communauté nationale, ont souligné la primauté de l’intérieur sur l’extérieur en matière de gestion de la transition démocratique. Ils veulent contribuer par des idées et des propositions afin, disent-ils, d’ »enrichir les réflexions faites en Algérie » et « soutenir tous les efforts allant dans le sens du « changement radical du régime politique, du départ de tous les responsables ayant contribué à la crise actuelle et l’édification d’une nouvelle République avec en soubassement un Etat de droit ».
C’est ainsi que la plupart des participants ont salué l’absence de « candidats sérieux » pour la présidentielle du 4 juillet qui, estiment-ils, « n’a plus raison d’être organisée ». Certains ont même évoqué le principe d’une transition « négociée » entre les représentants du Hirak et l’institution militaire, alors que d’autres ont débattu la manière et les moyens à mettre pour la réussite d’une conférence nationale de transition démocratique, en cours de préparation en Algérie par les animateurs du Hirak, dont les étudiants.
Même si la mobilisation est en quelque sorte en recul par rapport à celles d’avant le mois de ramadan, les manifestants restent déterminés à « ne plus accepter le régime actuel » et à continuer leur combat « jusqu’à l’entame d’une transition acceptée par le peuple ».
Les pancartes et les banderoles portées par les manifestants ou fixées en bas du monument de la place de la République l’expriment clairement. « Vaincre pacifiquement ou tomber dignement », « La transition doit être conduite par les personnes choisies par le peuple », « Une justice transitionnelle suppose un projet d’édification d’un Etat de droit et d’une démocratie réelle », « Pour un dialogue public et transparent afin d’élaborer un pacte politique fondateur », « Nous avons besoin d’un formatage et non d’une mise à jour », pouvait-on lire sur ces banderoles.
Des artistes ont également participé à ce rassemblement pacifique, marqué par des débats citoyens et d’échange de vues en toute démocratie, en réalisant sur place des fresques en relation avec ce qui se passe en Algérie et les aspirations des Algériens.
Vendredi, rappelle-t-on, un rassemblement a été organisé pour la première fois près de l’ambassade d’Algérie à Paris au cours duquel les participants (environ 200), ont voulu porter « haut et fort » les revendications des membres de la communauté algérienne, notamment le rejet de l’élection présidentielle du 4 juillet.
