Le Chef de l’Etat, Abdelkader Bensalah, a chargé le gouvernement de préparer un projet de lois donnant des garanties pour les élections, rapporte une chaîne TV privée.
Ledit projet consiste à créer une Autorité nationale indépendante d’organisation des élections qui prévoit toutes les garanties pour les candidats aux élections. Le ministère de l’Intérieur perdra, ainsi, toutes ses prérogatives dans l’organisation des élections.
L’Autorité indépendante sera présidée par une personne de consensus, qui sera nommée après des consultations, et comprendra des personnalités de la société civile et écartera les officiels. Ladite Autorité indépendante sera représentée dans toutes les communes du pays. Elle comprendra au niveau local un juge, un élu local et un citoyen et n’inclura dans ses rangs aucun cadre d’état.
Les résultats des élections seront, d’ailleurs, annoncés par cette Autorité nationale indépendante qui, selon ce que rapporte une chaîne TV locale, examinera exclusivement le fichier électoral.
