ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Une délégation du FFS reçue par le président du RCD
Une délégation du Front des forces socialistes (FFS), conduite par son Premier secrétaire national, Hakim Belahcel, a été reçue mardi à Alger par le président du Rassemblement pour la culture et la démocratie (RCD), Mohcine Balabbas, ont indiqué les deux partis.
Cette rencontre de concertation entre dans le cadre des rencontres menées par le FFS avec des partis politiques d’opposition et des personnalités nationales ainsi que des universitaires, dans le sillage de la conférence nationale de dialogue et de concertation à laquelle ce parti a appelé en vue de parvenir à une solution à la crise politique que traverse l’Algérie,.
Après cette rencontre avec le FFS, le plus vieux parti d’opposition en Algérie s’apprête à rencontrer d’autres partis politiques et personnalités nationale pour un « échange d’idées », en prévision de l’organisation d’une conférence nationale de dialogue et de concertation qui se veut un « espace de concertation et de propositions », a indiqué le FFS.
Pour rappel, une délégation conduite par l’ancien ministre du Trésor dans les années 1990 et président du parti Nida El Watan (non encore agréé), Ali Bounouari, a été reçue dimanche dernier au siège du FFS dans le cadre des consultations menées par le FFS.
Auparavant, le FFS avait rencontré d’autres personnalités, notamment l’ancien ministre des Affaires étrangères, Taleb Ibrahimi, l’avocat et militant des droits de l’homme Ali Yahia Abdenour, la présidente du parti l’Union pour le changement et le progrès (UCP), Zoubida Assoul, et des représentants du Parti des travailleurs ainsi que des délégués des différents syndicats autonomes et des universitaires.
Dans une déclaration signée par son Premier secrétaire national, le FFS avait insisté, dimanche dernier, sur la nécessité d’instaurer un « vrai dialogue, inclusif et responsable » à même de permettre de consacrer la légitimité populaire et la construction de l’Etat de droit.
« Le FFS croit à un vrai dialogue, inclusif et responsable qui permettra au peuple algérien de consacrer la légitimité populaire et la construction de l’Etat de droit », a souligné le FFS appelant à cet effet, à répondre aux « aspirations légitimes » du peuple pour exiger un « changement radical du système et l’avènement de la deuxième République par une véritable transition démocratique ».
Dans un entretien accordé au quotidien national El Khabar ce mardi, M. Belahcel, a révélé que sa formation « veut proposer le principe d’une conférence nationale de concertation, sans aucune condition », précisant que cette conférence « réunira tous les acteurs politiques et sociaux, les personnalités nationales indépendantes et les représentants du Hirak populaire pour définir les contours d’une charte politique consensuelle en tant que premier pas dans le processus de transition démocratique ».
Il a ainsi appelé les partis de l’opposition, les organisations à caractère social ainsi que les personnalités indépendantes à intensifier les concertations bilatérales pour organiser, sans condition aucune, « une conférence nationale de concertation dans les plus brefs délais ».
