ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Mourad Oulemi placé sous mandat de dépôt.
Le milliardaire Mourad Oulmi, l’une des plus grosses fortunes du pays, a été placé sous mandat de dépôt par le tribunal d’Abane Ramdane à Sidi M’hamed. La décision vient d’être prise par les magistrats de ce tribunal à cette heure tardive. Le patron du groupe SOVAC rejoindra ainsi Ali Haddad, les Tahkout, Rebrab et les Kouninef à la prison d’El-Harrach !
Pour rappel, Mourad Oulmi a été auditionné depuis ce dimanche matin dans le cadre de plusieurs affaires liés à des faits de corruption et de détournement de deniers publics. Mourad Oulmi est accusé d’avoir bénéficié dans des conditions troublantes de crédits bancaires accordés par des banques publiques pour financer des projets qui ont accéléré son enrichissement personnel sans apporter de la valeur ajoutée à l’économie nationale.
Mourad Oulmi est également accusé d’avoir utilisé ses relations avec des décideurs politiques et des hauts responsables influents pour orienter les décisions du gouvernement en faveur de ses projets et intérêts financiers. Mourad Oulmi est soupçonné d’avoir transféré illégalement des sommes considérables de devises à l’étranger avec la bénédiction du clan présidentiel d’Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
Soulignons enfin que l’ex-premier ministre, Ahmed Ouyahia, est revenu tard ce dimanche soir à la prison d’El-Harrach après avoir passé toute la journée au tribunal d’Abane Ramdane dans le cadre des auditions réalisées par les magistrats pour découvrir les dessous de l’affaire SOVAC.
