ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Sept partis lancent un appel au « dialogue des forces progressistes »
Sept partis de l’opposition ont signé ce mardi 18 juin un appel aux « forces de l’alternative démocratique » pour « un dialogue sérieux, responsable et inclusif ».
« L’heure aujourd’hui est à la concertation et au dialogue des forces progressistes afin de construire un pacte politique consensuel qui définira par la suite les contours du processus de transition démocratique dans notre pays. C’est dans cette optique qu’une première rencontre de concertation et de dialogue est décidée d’un commun accord pour le 26 juin 2019 », lit-on dans l’appel signé par le FFS, le RCD, le PT, le PST, le MDS, l’UCP (Union pour le changement et le progrès de Zoubida Assoul), le PLD (Parti pour la laïcité et la démocratie) et maître Noureddine Benissad au nom de la Ligue algérienne de défense des droits de l’Homme (LADDH).
« Nous réitérons notre appel à d’autres acteurs politiques, aux syndicats autonomes, au mouvement associatif, ainsi que les personnalités nationales indépendantes et la communauté algérienne à l’étranger, qui se reconnaissent dans cet appel à se joindre à cette initiative de concertation et de dialogue sans préalable », ajoutent les signataires de l’appel.
« La transition démocratique n’est pas un choix. Elle est de l’ordre de la nécessité. Aujourd’hui l’urgence est d’élaborer une solution politique ambitieuse, raisonnable et réalisable, loin des règlements de compte et des calculs étroits. Elle vise à mettre fin à ce régime dictatorial et changer radicalement le système en vue de propulser le pays d’un ordre constitutionnel obsolète vers un ordre démocratique », écrivent-ils.
Les signataires estiment qu’« il est vain de croire à l’existence d’une issue positive à ce conflit dans le cadre de l’ordre actuel. Ni le pouvoir, ni ses diverses excroissances ne sont en mesure de constituer un recours ». Un pouvoir qui, selon eux, « n’est pas disposé à saisir le sens profond de cet événement (le hirak, ndlr) sans précèdent depuis l’indépendance. Il persévère obstinément dans le déni de la réalité et a fait le choix du pourrissement et la manipulation ».
