Pour le dialogue et dénonce les atteintes aux libertés
Des partis politiques, des personnalités et des associations se sont réunis, ce mercredi, au siège du RCD, dans le cadre de l’initiative des forces de l’alternative démocratique, pour proposer des solutions afin de garantir une « transition politique ».
Pour le premier secrétaire du FFS, Hakim Bellahsel, la réponse des services de la wilaya de ne pas autoriser la tenue de ce symposium était « une attaque contre la tendance démocratique et contre les partis ».
Quant à Mohcine Belabbas, Président du RCD, il a déclaré au cours de son intervention que « l’Etat profond contrôle toujours le destin du pays ». Il a également ajouté que « la transition ne signifie pas seulement une assemblée constituante», qu’«il existe de nombreux mécanismes», et que «nous devons nous mettre d’accord sur un mécanisme particulier».
Ainsi, le chef du parti RCD pense qu’«ils peuvent annoncer de nouvelles élections en octobre», avant de s’interroger : «mais sommes-nous prêts? ».
Pour le coordinateur de l’Instance présidentielle du FFS, Ali Laskri, « la lutte démocratique a atteint sa maturité », tout en ajoutant que c’était « le début d’un dialogue politique avec la société civile ». Il a, par ailleurs plaidé pour « un changement radical » et « la nécessité de libérer tous les prisonniers politiques en tant que condition préalable au dialogue »
Djelloul Djoudi, secrétaire national chargé de la communication au sein du parti des travailleurs (PT), n’a pas, de son côté, manqué de rendre hommage à Louisa Hanoune pour ses «prises de positions politiques ». Il a aussi mis en garde contre la tenue des élections, qui, selon lui, serviront plus à installer «un nouveau clone de Bonaparte » à la tête de l’Etat.
La présidente de l’Union pour le Changement et le Progrès (UCP), Zoubida Assoul, a elle aussi appelé à la nécessité d’« engager un dialogue sérieux dans le cadre de réunions nationales», mais que le pouvoir devrait d’abord «montrer patte blanche ». Au sujet des présidentielles, elle a indiqué qu’il était « nécessaire de convenir d’un délai pour le processus de l’assainissement de la scène politique avant d’aller aux élections ».
Mahmoud Rachidi, secrétaire général du Parti socialiste des travailleurs (PST), a proposé aux participants du symposium de « convenir d’initiatives concrètes pour lever toutes les restrictions aux libertés démocratiques ».
Toujours au sujet des présidentielles, un représentant du Parti pour la laïcité et la démocratie (PLD) a indiqué que « la tenue des élections dans les circonstances actuelles ne mèneront qu’à la reproduction du système ».
Pour le coordinateur du mouvement démocratique et social (MDS), Fethi Ghares, son parti est « ouvert à toutes les propositions, à condition que ce soit dans le cadre d’un dialogue national qui dépasse les frontières des associations et des partis traditionnels». Il a ainsi proposé d’élargir le dialogue pour «permettre au peuple de se réorganiser ».
Ce symposium était une occasion pour les personnalités de la mouvance démocratique de proposer leurs solutions, à l’exemple de Me Noureddine Benissad, Président de la Ligue algérienne pour la défense des droits de l’homme (LADDH), qui a déclaré qu’il était «impératif» de «trouver présentement des solutions», et que «le changement n’est pas à remettre à après les élections présidentielles». Une situation qui, selon lui, pourrait pousser aux «affrontements».
Abdelaziz Rahabi, qui a été officiellement chargé de la coordination de la prochaine conférence de l’opposition, a appelé à «la nécessité d’organiser des élections dans une période raisonnable» et «sur la base d’un accord politique global». Il a ajouté également que « la date des élections sera fixée selon un accord politique entre le pouvoir et l’opposition».
Mokrane Ait Larbi, avocat et militant des droits de l’homme, a été plutôt catégorique : «pas de dialogue et pas d’élections tant qu’il y a aucune garantie que le prochain président ne se comportera pas à sa guise ».
L’ancien commandant de la Wilaya IV historique, le moudjahid Lakhdar Bouregaa, a indiqué que «ce système est la « seule mafia au monde » dotée d’une constitution, d’une justice et d’ambassadeurs». Et d’enchérir : « Depuis 1962, ils appellent au dialogue à chaque fois qu’ils veulent sauver le régime ».
Le militant politique Djamel Zenati a, pour sa part, appelé à «libérer les détenus et annoncer officiellement la fin de la légitimité révolutionnaire et celle du FLN ».
Il a, par ailleurs, ajouté que « la transition repose sur un terrain d’entente basée sur le vivre ensemble ».
