ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Les enseignants des écoles supérieures appellent à la restitution du pouvoir au peuple»
Les enseignants des écoles supérieures lancent leur propre forum afin de rendre visible leur contribution au hirak, qui continue depuis le 22 février. La création de ce forum entre, précisent ses initiateurs dans une déclaration, dans ce processus d’organisation des Algériens par corporation. «C’est dans le cadre de ce processus d’organisation du changement que des enseignants des écoles supérieures du Centre, impliqués individuellement et collectivement dans le hirak algérien, ont décidé de créer un espace commun de débat, de concertation, de réflexion et de proposition», affirment-ils, estimant qu’il faut rapprocher les propositions émanant de différentes entités et organisations en vue d’arriver à une feuille de route commune.
Ce forum inter-écoles s’appuie sur les forums institutionnels créés par des enseignants au niveau de chaque école. Il est désigné par l’acronyme Fores-DZ : FORum des enseignants des écoles supérieures-DjaZair. «En plus de son implication dans le hirak, le Fores-DZ ambitionne de constituer une force de proposition pour le secteur de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique», ajoutent-ils, affirmant qu’ils œuvreront à «porter les grandes valeurs et aspirations du hirak : unité nationale, pacifisme, Etat de droit, justice sociale, Etat civil et démocratique, justice indépendante, lutte contre la corruption, liberté d’expression et d’opinion, renouvellement des responsables défaillants des institutions républicaines».
Aussi, ces enseignants s’engagent à «répondre aux grands enjeux de la société algérienne et inscrire l’université dans le débat social présent et à venir et à peser dans les politiques publiques et occuper ainsi une place primordiale au cœur de la société». Les membres du Fores-DZ exhortent «les Algériennes et les Algériens à continuer à préserver le caractère pacifique de leur mouvement et l’unité de leurs rangs». Ils appellent, par ailleurs, les tenants du pouvoir à «respecter les libertés fondamentales et à favoriser la restitution du pouvoir au peuple».
