ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE: Gaid devrait prendre la parole demain au siège du MDN
Le Chef d’Etat-Major de l’ANP présidera, demain mardi 30 juillet, au siège de Ministère de la Défense Nationale, une cérémonie à l’honneur des meilleurs lauréats des Cadets de la Nation aux Baccalauréat et Brevet d’Enseignement Moyen, session juin 2019, lit-on dans le site internet du MDN.
La consécration de ces lauréats intervient suite aux «excellents résultats» obtenus au Baccalauréat, au niveau des trois Ecoles des Cadets d’Oran, de Blida et de Sétif, et au BEM par les Cadets de la Nation des Ecoles du cycle moyen à Béchar, Laghouat, Bejaïa et Batna, avec un taux de réussite dépassant 99%.
Mais au-delà de cette cérémonie somme toue protocolaire, le patron de l’armée va sans doute profiter de son allocution pour glisser comme d’habitude des messages politiques.
En effet, depuis le départ forcé de l’ex président Bouteflika, les discours récurrents de Gaid Salah constituent la voix officielle de l’Etat.
Face à un président de l’Etat totalement effacé et souffrant d’un déficit de légitimité populaire et même constitutionnelle, le chef de l’armée s’est imposé comme le seul vrai décideur.
Ses discours suivis et commentés par toute la classe politiques et les observateurs d’ici et d’ailleurs, sont des révélateurs de la façon dont les décideurs comptent résoudre la crise politique.
Dans son dernier discours, il avait notamment appuyé et salué l’appel au dialogue lancé par Bensalah et invité implicitement la classe politique à y souscrire.
Le président Bensalah qui a reçu jeudi dernier un panel de six personnalités devant mener le dialogue national, avait précisé à ses interlocuteurs qui lui réclamaient le renvoi du Premier ministre et son gouvernement, que ses prérogatives ne lui permettaient pas de prendre certaines décisions.
Du coup, la parole de Gaid Salah est très attendue même s’il s’accroche, officiellement, au formalisme constitutionnel.
Notons par ailleurs que cette intervention du patron de l’armée intervient en plein doute sur l’efficacité du panel à la participation duquel de nombreuses personnalités à l’instar de Mouloud Hamrouche, Mokrane Ait Larbi, Drifa Ben Mhidi et autres, ont déjà décliné l’offre.
