MONDE/ POLITIQUE: Mohamed VI réaffirme l’engagement du Maroc à “garder la main tendue en direction de l’Algérie”
Le roi Mohammed VI a réaffirmé, lundi soir, l’engagement du Maroc à garder la main tendue en direction “des frères en Algérie, fidèles en cela aux liens de fraternité entre les deux peuples frères“.
“Nous réaffirmons notre engagement sincère à garder la main tendue en direction de nos frères en Algérie, fidèles en cela aux liens de fraternité, de religion, de langue et de bon voisinage, qui unissent depuis toujours nos deux peuples frères”, a souligné le roi du Maroc, dans un discours adressé à la nation à l’occasion du 20ème anniversaire de la fête du trône.
La dernière illustration en date de cette proximité, a poursuivi le souverain marocain, remonte à la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations, organisée récemment en Egypte, au cours de laquelle le Roi et le peuple du Maroc, dans un élan spontané et sincère, ont témoigné leur sympathie et leur soutien enthousiastes à la sélection algérienne.
Les Marocains “se sont joints au peuple algérien pour partager sa fierté, à la suite du sacre mérité lors de cette compétition, car, cette victoire, ils l’ont ressentie comme étant aussi la leur”, s’est réjoui Mohammed VI.
“Cette foi profonde dans la communauté de destin, sous-tendue par une histoire et une civilisation communes, nous incite à œuvrer, avec espoir et optimisme, à la réalisation des aspirations à l’unité, à la complémentarité et à l’intégration, portée par nos peuples maghrébins frères”, a encore souligné le roi du Maroc, assurant qu’“aucun pays ne peut à lui seul relever les défis sécuritaires et de développement auxquels nous sommes confrontés”.
