ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE: Première rencontre Panel de la médiation et du dialogue avec des ‘’figures’’ du hirak
En attendant un geste des autorités, le panel de “dialogue et de médiation” que préside Karim Younes tente d’occuper le terrain et de devancer les événements. Sa commission politique, a entamé, ce mercredi à l’hôtel El Mador à Alger, sa première rencontre de consultation avec des “acteurs du mouvement populaire”.
Prévue avec des “acteurs du mouvement populaire” de toutes les wilayas du pays, la rencontre a vu la présence de 40 représentants des wilayas de M’Sila, Constantine, Ghardaia et un seul de Batna.
Pour de nombreux observateurs, des points d’interrogations sur l’absence des autres wilayas et aussi sur qui et que représentent ces invités alors que depuis le 22 février la rue cri haut et fort que personne ne la représente « Celui qui veut entendre nos revendications, il n’a qu’à descendre dans la rue, le vendredi et mardi pour les entendre », a commenté un jeune étudiants.
Les interlocuteurs des membres du panel de ce mercredi sont presque des figures inconnues du mouvement populaire. Pour les membres de la commission politique du panel, il s’agit d’acteurs ayant “demandé” eux-mêmes de discuter avec la commission de dialogue.
Les interventions ont été centrées sur l’organisation, dans les plus brefs délais des élections présidentielles, la création d’une commission chargée d’organiser et de surveiller les élections et le départ du gouvernement de Bedoui.
Les intervenants ont critiqué ceux qui appellent à la désobéissance civile et qu’ils ont qualifié de manœuvre hypocrite et dangereuse pour l’Algérie.
Pour les organisateurs, les acteurs de la société civile et ceux, enfin, de la classe politique seront successivement approchés pour des échanges avec l’accent qui sera mis sur «ce qui nous rassemble et pas ce qui nous divise». Des discussions au bout desquelles une synthèse sera élaborée à l’effet de servir de base de travail à la conférence nationale prévue.
