Un mandat d’arrêt a été émis par la cour suprême à l’encontre de l’ancien ministre de l’Energie, Chakib Khelil, rapporte ce mercredi les médias.
Convoqué en avril dernier pour l’auditionner dans le cadre du réexamen annoncé de l’affaire Sonatrach I et II, l ’ancien ministre de l’Energie n’a pas répondu à la convocation émise par la cour suprême. C’est ce qui a motivé cette institution à délivrer un mandat d’arrêt contre le président directeur général de Sonatrach de 2001 à 2003, précise la même source .
