L’affaire remonte à 2020, selon les révélations du procureur, qui indique en outre que le mis en cause, âgé actuellement de 61 ans, a commencé sa carrière en 1987 à l’OAIC, en occupant successivement les postes de Chargé de mission, Directeur de recherche, puis Inspecteur général avec qualité de membre de la commission des achats et président de la commission chargée du transport maritime.
