ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Marche et rassemblement des avocats devant le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed à Alger pour la libération des détenus d’opinion
Les avocats une des forces à la pointe du Mouvement populaire, ont de nouveau investi la rue ce jeudi en fin de matinée pour dénoncer « une justice aux ordres du nouveau pouvoir », a-t-on constaté ce matin à Alger.
Ils sont quelques dizaines, portant robes noire à battre en effet le pavé à Alger du tribunal de Sidi M’hamed vers la Grande poste dénoncer le retour des injonctions du pouvoir politique.
« Le pouvoir appartient au peuple », « Libérez notre confrère Maitre Salah Dabouz », « Non à la Justice Téléphonique », sont les slogans brandis sur les pancartes, alors que les manifestants crient « Adala Hora, Moustakila »(Justice libre et autonomes) « Nous marcherons , nous marcherons, jusqu’à l’avènement du changement »
Des manifestations similaires ont eu lieu dans d’autres villes comme Oran, Annaba, Constantine où les avocats , l’instar de leur collègues d’Alger ont boycotté les audiences jeudi pour réinvestir de nouveau la rue.
Les robes noires ont scandé des slogans en faveur de l’indépendance de la justice et contre les atteintes aux libertés. Des rassemblements et des marches ont également lieu dans plusieurs autres wilayas.
Des milliers d’avocats sont sortis aujourd’hui dans la rue à travers plusieurs villes du pays pour dénoncer les atteintes aux droits de l’homme et aux libertés des Algériens.
A Alger comme à Oran, Annaba, Constantine, Tizi-Ouzou et Béjaïa, les robes noires sont plus que jamais mobilisées contre la répression sous toutes ses formes que le pouvoir fait subir aux militants qui expriment des opinions critiques.
Les avocats ont brandi des pancartes et des banderoles par lesquelles ils réclament un Etat de droit et disent non à la justice du téléphone.
Aussi, les robes noires réclament l’indépendance de la justice et la libération immédiate de tous les détenus politiques. «Vous avez le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed, nous avons celui de l’Histoire», lit-on sur une banderole géante.
«Libérez les détenus, libérez la justice, libérez l’Algérie !», scandaient également les avocats qui ont boycotté les audiences d’aujourd’hui au niveau de tous les tribunaux du pays.
