Le président de la République, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a signé mardi deux décrets présidentiels, le premier mettant fin aux fonctions du médiateur de la République, Karim Younes et le second portant nomination de Brahim Merad à cette fonction, indique un communiqué de la Présidence de la République.
