ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Lutte contre la corruption : Ali Benflis appelle à une justice sereine, impartiale et transparente
Le parti de Talaie El Hourriet a réagi ce mercredi à l’opération « mains propres » lancée, dans la foulée du mouvement citoyen, par la Justice dans le cadre de la lutte contre la corruption.
«Ce que l’on appelle pudiquement la corruption, je la dénomme et la dénonce depuis cinq ans comme la grande criminalité économique et financière », écrit Ali Benflis.
Rappelant également que, déjà à la présidentielle de 2004 à laquelle il était candidat contre Abdelaziz Bouteflika, son programme politique avait « intégré une stratégie globale et cohérente de prévention et de répression de ce fléau ».
Parlant des conséquences de cette grande criminalité économique et financière, Benflis pointe les ravages qu’elle a occasionnée au pays, affirmant que ‘elle « a compté pour beaucoup dans l’innommable dilapidation des 1200 milliards de dollars que le pays a engrangés à la faveur d’une décennie d’embellie financière favorisée par une valorisation sans précédent du cours des hydrocarbures ».

Revenant à la lutte engagée ces derniers jours, à la faveurs des premières arrestations, Talia El Hourriet estime que « la grande criminalité économique et financière est impardonnable. Ses auteurs et alliés politiques doivent être jugés et punis. Leur punition devra être à la mesure de la gravité indicible de leurs crimes ».
Et note que « La justice est en train de briser les murs de l’immunité et de l’impunité derrière lesquelles la grande criminalité économique et financière s’est trop longtemps abritée ».
