ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : Le RCD appelle la justice à entendre l’ex-président Bouteflika et critique Gaid Salah
Le Rassemblement pour la culture et la démocratie (RCD) a appelé ce samedi la justice algérienne à entendre l’ex-président Abdelaziz Bouteflika « sur ses actions et sur les activités de ses collaborateurs », estimant que cela constituait « l’unique gage de crédibilité » pour la justice.
« Si on veut que la justice et rien que la justice s’exerce, en plus de l’indépendance dont elle doit jouir, y compris vis-à-vis de l’opinion publique, elle doit déjà commencer à réfuter le caractère sélectif de ces interpellations en convoquant toute la 3issaba », a estimé le RCD dans un communiqué diffusé ce samedi sur son site internet.
« Abdelaziz Bouteflika, le chef de l’État déchu, doit être entendu sur ses actions et sur l’activité de ses collaborateurs. À ce stade, c’est l’unique gage de crédibilité pour que ce qui est présenté comme une opération mains propres ne soit pas dans les faits une chasse aux sorcières », a affirmé le RCD.
« Y a-t-il des obstacles pour que la justice convoque l’ex chef de l’État pour l’entendre ? Là est la question sur laquelle elle est attendue. Se peut-il que le chef de l’état-major qui a pris la tête de la croisade contre la « bande » ait une réponse », avance le parti.
Le RCD s’est également montré critique vis-à-vis du chef d’état-major, le général de corps d’armée Ahmed Gaïd Salah. « Le chef de l’Armée, au prix d’un déni de la réalité, continue à vouloir imposer ses vues et ses « solutions » à coups de menaces et autres anathèmes contre tous les courants politiques progressistes et les activistes qui réclament un véritable processus de construction d’un État de droit », estime le RCD, prenant par ailleurs « acte de l’offensive » de Gaïd Salah pour « contourner les revendications du mouvement populaire et de son obstination à organiser une élection présidentielle sous un nouveau rapport de force clanique ».
