Le Conseil de la nation tranchera sur la question de la levée de l’immunité parlementaire de Djamel Ould Abbes et Saïd Barkat le 19 juin prochain, indique un communiqué de la Chambre haute du parlement.
Dans un communiqué diffusé à l’issue d’une réunion présidée par Salah Goudjil, président par intérim du Sénat, il a été annoncé une séance à huis clos pour le 19 juin, durant laquelle la question de la levée d’immunité des membres Djamel Ould Abbes et Saïd Barkat, demandée par le ministre de la Justice, sera tranchée.
Par ailleurs, le même communiqué annonce la reprise des travaux du Bureau du Conseil de la nation à partir de lundi 17 juin, en présentant le projet de loi modifiant et complétant la Loi n° 06-01, relative à la prévention et à la lutte contre la Corruption.
Ce projet de loi sera soumis à approbation dans une séance plénière jeudi 20 juin, précise-t-on.
