La famille du défunt Kamal-Eddine Fekhar, décédé en détention, a déposé une plainte contre pas moins de cinq responsables dans la wilaya de Ghardaïa. Selon Me Salah Dabouz, avocat du défunt et également avocat de la famille, “il s’agit de plaintes contre cinq personnes, comme point de départ”. L’avocat a précisé que “la famille a déposé une plainte contre le wali de Ghardaïa, Azzedine Mechri, le procureur général près la cour de Ghardaïa, Mohamed Bensalem, le juge d’instruction de la première chambre du tribunal de la ville, le directeur de la prison de Ghardaïa et le directeur de l’hôpital Brahim-Tirichine”. “Ils sont les premiers responsables de la mort programmée du Dr Fekhar”, a accusé l’avocat, estimant que “l’instruction va dévoiler l’implication probable d’autres personnes”.
