ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE: LES MILITAIRES À LA RETRAITE REVIENNENT AU HIRAK
Après près de 4 mois de retrait, les militaires à la retraite décident de revenir au Hirak et de participer massivement aux marches du vendredi.
Un appel dans ce sens a été lancé, dimanche soir, par le président de la Coordination nationale des militaires à la retraite, des blessés, des radiés et des ayant droits, Merouane Bessafa.
Expliquant cette reprise de la protestation, Bessafa fait savoir que les négociations avec le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN), ont échoué. « Le MDN n’a aucune intention d’ouvrir les négociations sérieuses avec nous ou de satisfaire notre plateforme de revendications », a-t-il déclaré dans une vidéo postée sur les réseaux sociaux. Il ajoute : « le MDN n’a pas respecté ses engagements ».
Pour Bessafa, les anciens militaires doivent soutenir le peuple. « Nous revenons au Hirak pour soutenir le peuple », dit-il. Il enchaîne : « nous sommes les enfants de ce peuple ».
Dans son allocution, il a rappelé que le mouvement des anciens militaires a trop souffert de la répression et des poursuites judiciaires.
En plus du retour au Hirak, les anciens militaires annoncent leur intention d’organiser un sit-in ouvert à Alger, pour exiger la prise en charge de leurs revendications. La date de cette action sera communiquée le moment opportun, précise la même source.
Pour rappel, les anciens militaires ont participé les premières semaines au Hirak avant de se retirer après la démission du président Abdelaziz Bouteflika dans l’espoir de reprendre les négociations avec le MDN.
