A l’issue du vote, le ministre du Travail a affirmé que le projet de loi “devra donner une impulsion au projet sociétal de notre pays, encadrer l’action syndicale, renforcer le rôle des organisations syndicales dans la défense des droits et réaliser la justice sociale”.
La loi devra également fournir “une protection juridique aux représentants des travailleurs en permettant également l’émergence d’organisations syndicales fortes sur la scène nationale à travers leur adhésion aux fédérations et aux confédérations”, a-t-il poursuivi.
