La sélection algérienne de football s’est qualifiée en quarts de finale de la coupe d’Afrique des nations de football Egypte-2019, suite à sa nouvelle (3-0), ce dimanche,face à la guinée.
Brillants depuis le début de la compétition, les poulains Djamel Belmadi ont remporté cette rencontre avec la manière grâce au milieu offensif Youcef Belaïli (24e), la star des verts Riyad Mahrez (52e) et Adam Ounas incorporé à la place de Youcef Belaïli.

Belaïli s’appuie sur Bounedjah, avant de loger le cuir dans le petit filet opposé. Face à équipe guinéenne timorée, le onze national maintient la pression, mais manque d’efficacité à l’approche du but. 41’, le centre tir de Belaïli passe tout près de la lucarne de Koné. 44’, le centre de Mahrez pour Feghouli est bien capté par le gardien. La seconde période est repartie sur les même bases tactiques que sa précédente. Avec un bon quadrillage du terrain, les Algériens ont continué à gérer les débats et à un imposer leur rythme, face aux protégés du technicien belge Paul Putt, dont le jeu était orienté sur le côté gauche principalement. Toutefois, les premières occasions notables étaient à l’actif du Sily National. 54’, Traoré contraint M’bolhi à la parade pour sortir le cuir en corner. 55’, le tir de Kanté passe tout près du cadre. Sentant le danger venir, les coéquipiers de Mandi réagissent et reprennent les choses en mains. 57, ils font le break pour se mettre à l’abri. Bennacer renverse le jeu pour trouver Mahrez. L’attaquant de Manchester City élimine Syla d’un contrôle orienté, avant de tromper en toute quiétude Koné. Mahrez aurait même pu aggraver la marque et signer un doublé dans la foulée. Son tir est cette fois-ci bien bloqué par le gardien guinéen. 78’, Bounedjah rate son face-à-face avec le portier. 82’, Ounas, qui venait tout juste de faire son entrée en jeu, porte le score à 3 à 0. Il reprend superbement le centre d’Attal, suite à un joli contre sur le côté droit. Sans prendre de risques, les Verts ont par la suite géré la fin du match.
Une belle victoire pour les joueurs de Belmadi, qui gardent leurs filets vierges et poursuivent leur progression doucement et sûrement. Au tour prochain, le onze national sera opposé au vainqueur de la confrontation Côte d’Ivoire – Mali, prévue cet après-midi. La rencontre de quart de finale aura lieu jeudi.
