ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE: BENSALAH PRÉSIDENT PAR INTÉRIM!
L‘article 102 de la Constitution est plus fort que la volonté des millions de manifestants.
La désignation de Bensalah comme président par intérim n’augure rien de bon. Dans le même temps, la police réprime une manifestation pacifique des étudiants à Alger, en utilisant les gaz lacrymogènes et le canon à eau.
Malgré son rejet par le peuple, Bensalah a pris l’intérim de la présidence de la république
Juste après son investiture, Abdelkader Bensalah a prononcé quelques mots avant de lever la séance pour indiquer d’abord que « nous sommes devant un devoir national collectif qui dicte à tout un chacun de participer à créer les meilleures conditions pour mieux organiser cette petite période de transition et aller vite vers une nouvelle étape dans la vie de la Nation, à travers le choix démocratique de son autodétermination ».
Parlant de sa personne, Bensalah ajoute que « Le devoir constitutionnel m’impose dans ces conditions particulières d’assumer une lourde responsabilité mais avec l’aide de Dieu nous atteindrons les objectifs proclamés par le peuple algérien ».
Plus que jamais attaché à l’application de la Constitution « pendant cette période particulière que vit notre pays’ », Bensalah invite à « la persévérance et l’abnégation de tous pour permettre au peuple algérien de choisir son nouveau président, son programme et son avenir ».
Enfin, Bensalah a tenu à rendre hommage à l’institution militaire pour « son rôle dans cette phase historique difficile que traverse le pays » et salue aussi le peuple pour la « force de sa cohésion sur le terrain ».
